Ocean Sanctuary is a small ocean conservation nonprofit. Our sign-up and contact forms are not open yet, so this website does not currently collect your information. No donation payments are processed on this site.
Information you may choose to share
When the live forms are available, you may choose to share your name, email address, volunteer interests, location, and messages when contacting us, subscribing to updates, or volunteering.
How we plan to use information
Information will be used to respond to inquiries, coordinate volunteering and gatherings, and send updates only when requested. We do not intend to sell personal information.
Forms and donations
We plan to use Tally for embedded forms. Donations are opening soon, and no payment processor is connected. This page must be updated to reflect the services actually enabled before launch.
Cookies, hosting, and analytics
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver the website. Final cookie and analytics practices should be confirmed before launch.
Keeping and protecting information
Before collecting information, we will document appropriate access controls, retention periods, and deletion procedures. Please do not include sensitive health information in a message.
Your choices
Once the forms are live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared, and unsubscribe from newsletters.
